Conveniently situated approximately a one hour drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport on the Costa Blanca, our new detached three bedroom villa is well equipped to cater for all of your holiday needs, complete with air conditioning and private pool.  Casa Pedro can sleep up to six people and is located on a small hillside development, just a short walk from the rural Spanish village of Orba.

Casa Pedro has magnificent views of the nearby orange and lemon groves, olive trees and the mountains, and has a covered terrace leading off from the living/dining area, which is perfect for 'al fresco' dining.  Immediately in front of the villa is a private 8 metre x 4 metre pool and surrounding patio fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture which provides a perfect area for all day sunbathing. Alternatively, the terraced garden provides areas all around the house where you can sit quietly in the shade.

This classic Spanish villa is extremely well equipped, including Satellite TV, DVD Player, Play Station, CD/Radio Cassette player, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and all of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
